Needle / Flatiron Bowl

1-4cm new snow. Skied flatiron bowl from the lake. Noticed a lot of cornice debris in the upper part of the bowl. Snow got super sticky as the day progressed.

Lots of old avalanche crowns were observed. They had released on polar and non polar aspects in steep terrain at or above treeline. Probably caused by significant warming last Monday/Tuesday.
