Ice - Cable Gullies

**Middle Gully good. Some new chandelier, some solid ice. I found decent screw placements although it can take some searching in spots. Start is definitely not W2 as given, vertical fun for several metres before becoming a mix of snow and ice at the expected grade.
**Left Gully looked thin but should improve. We decided against.
**Right Gully was barely formed. It took a bit of deep snow wallowing to get to see that the steeper curtain on the left of the gully is still hanging daggers and the easy ice is partly snow covered.
**Approach is best done by passing Blob Rock 50+m to the sign for a horse trail going left. From here its a shortish walk across to close to the climb. You then have to cross the braided creek. We had tourists follow our tracks as far as the creek where they watch from the tourist turn around haha. Go left from here to see into the Left Gully or right along a bank to where we initiated our first creek leg. Follow tracks or make your own. Trekking poles are handy.
**Louise Falls left pillar is touching down but still narrow and probably needs more time. Right pillar is two huge hanging daggers.
