Quick Observation

There was definitely a small inversion, but luckily not enough to really mess things up yet. We had -3 down at 1200m then noticed around 1600m the snow seemingly heavier. As we got up to TL we were met with Strong SW winds and 0C. As we moved up to the top of TL where we had skied the previous day, the once great fast 15cm’s had started to slab up. We decided to not go higher, bang out a half lap and hit a stash out of the wind and lower elevation. The riding was great! Skiing was good all the way down to 1300m’s…and here everyone thought it was going to be wet, and we lucked out. Nothing but smiles!
