Upper Dewey Lake/Devil's Punchbowl

Rain crust, snow softened with direct sunlight. Heard big whoompfs hiking up to Devil's punchbowl, stuck to right ridge. Could be decent riding in spring if you can see the benefit of hiking up with your gear. Lots of sluff avalanches on the steeper sections but no slabs (although no one is riding here).
