Mountain Conditions Report

<p>Climbed King's Peak today via the Winter Gully and North Glacier with some co workers from SPL.<br /> The lower trail is in great shape with very little dead fall. Snowline starts at aprox. 1000m just below the lower meadow.<br /> We encountered perfect snow conditions in the winter gully and north glacier, we were able to boot pack all the way up to King's-Queen's col without needing to put on our crampons and glissaded the whole way down<br /> Some moats forming in the gully so it may not be in for much longer.<br /> Some lingering cornices on the Queen's face but they are easily avoided on the north glacier.<br /> Glissading quality; 9/10</p> <p>Cheers!<br /> -Derek E-L</p>
