Fun tree riding

We had an awesome day riding mellow trees on a West aspect starting with a short slope and moving to longer ones. On our third run, towards the bottom of the slope, the snow shifted under the weight of a rider and a crack appeared but didn't slide. On the top of the ridge where the sun was most intense it was significantly warming the snow (slushy snow) but it didn't affect the snow on the slope itself.
