Renshaw Wx Station

We did it, the Renshaw station is back online! Overcast day in the Renshaw working on the weather station. Poked our heads in the snow on a E/NE low angle slope at treeline. 245 cm of well settled snow with no results in our test profile. Descent visibility let us see that the area has been ridden hard. The alpine is pretty wind hammered, but you'll find about 10 cm of new snow in the trees. Tomorrow's storm should bring another 10 cm in too. You can probably still find wind slabs in the alpine and proud cornices loom over many ridgelines. That being said, the snowpack is looking pretty darn good in this neck of the woods!
