Nak Attack

Went up to Nak peak and rode the south/southwest ridge line going down. Easy skin track from unmarked parking lot before Zopkios brake check. Variable conditions, ranging from pockets with 30cm of powder to being 50 feet away and hitting crunchy crust with shallow rocks on the bottom 3/4 of the run (our group of two came out with 2-3 deep gouges each). No obvious signs of instability on our way up or down. Better riding may be had on northern slopes, however, we did visualize a ~1 day old size 1 slide across the highway, hard to see but looked like a pretty significant slab.
