Surprisingly pleasant!

We observed large surface hoar on all aspects and elevations travelled: E through W, TL & ALP. We observed icicles on the south side of trees dripping water at 2:00pm at 1950m. There were many tracks in steep lines on all aspects in the alpine, with no signs of instability.
