Most surface to 2000m observed

Snowpack

Moist to ground. New snow is above a weak layer of a rain crust from Dec 05. Easy tests failures observed on this layer, but not propagating or showing results to skiing. This crust is bridging a weak layer of snow below that is still producing results (ECTP 7 on Dec 05 MFcr, ECTP 22 down 50 on the Nov SH, FC)
