Had a later start to the day so enjoyed the walk into tunnel creek hut, from there we just traversed north-east from the hut and enjoyed a sweet tree ride down to the skin track. Snow was fun, we didn't see any glaring signs of instability. The bulletin said to look out for wind slabs forming but we were shielded enough by the ridgeline and trees that we didn't experience very much wind affect. The snow did sluff easily but this was easily avoidable by skiing out of the fall line every few turns.
