<p>Ski penetration from 1700-2000m avg 40cm. Soft to medium storm slabs avg 50cm deep. Windslabs most widespread on N to NW asp esp just below ridgecrests. Widespread evidence of skier and natural triggered avalanches with crowns to 50cm. Suspect WSW asp below treeline heavily loaded over variable layers from before storm and during storm Shooting cracks to 2m from ski tips and sudden planar releases down 40-50cm on N to NW to W asp. Some whumpfing in meadows at 1750m. Winds currently moderate at ridgetops SE with moderate transport onto lee slopes. Not the day to push lines into steep, convex, or unsupported terrain. Treewells are also back in play as concerns.</p>
