Looked for mellow/moderate skiing today on the S-SE aspect of Circle Peak, heading down into Decker meadows. On the way down, our group triggered a size 1-1.5 slab avalanche on a convexity. Crown was about 12-15cm.
Slab was the thickest at the convexity where it was triggered, and ran on last week's pre-storm crust. None of our group members were involved after the slide was triggered.
