Quick report
Our snow pit was located on an NE aspect at approximately 7500 feet. Slope angle averaged about 32 degrees but was rolling terrain so some spots were steeper and some were shallower than 32 degrees. Snowpack was 148cm deep at location. ECTP 23, 60cm down. Skied slope.
Avalanche
Many point release wet slides on all aspects in Brushy Creek basin near Elk Meadows. Elevation range from 6200 feet to above 7600 feet. Estimating most slides occuring within the last 24 hours.
