Highlights
The general avalanche hazard is LOW this morning and will increase to MODERATE as tempearures rise. Weak layers of faceted snow persist in the snowpack. The potential to trigger slabs to four feet in depth in very steep wind loaded avalanche starting zones will increase as sunshine and rising temperatures combine to weaken the surface of the snowpack. The greatest hazard will be to high markers riders in extreme terrain.
