Highlights
The general avalanche hazard is CONSIDERRABLE. Strong southwest to west winds and new snow have formed slabs up to two feet in depth on leeward aspects. These slabs lie upon a layer of weak faceted snow and are likely to be easily triggered in steep wind loaded avalanche starting zones and cliff areas.
