Highlights

The general avalanche hazard is MODERATE. Skiers and riders could trigger isolated pockets of wind slab up to a foot deep in steep, avalanche starting zones. The possibility may also persist for backcountry travelers to trigger a full depth, hard slab avalanche on steep slopes in isolated areas. The potential for humans to trigger a full depth hard slab avalanche will increase as the day warms.
