New snow has been redistributed by recent winds in exposed terrain. While in sheltered terrain roughly 10 cm of low-density snow overlies various firm layers. The mid snowpack is generally consolidated and sits above a weak, facetted lower snowpack.
Wednesday night
Mostly clear, no precipitation. Moderate southwest winds. Treeline temperatures -5 to -10 C.
Thursday
Cloudy with flurries, and trace snow. Moderate to strong southwest ridgetop winds. Treeline temperatures 0 to -5 C. Freezing levels 1500 m.
Friday
Cloudy with flurries, and trace snow. Moderate to strong southwest ridgetop winds. Treeline temperatures around 0 C. Freezing levels 2000 m.
Saturday
