Highlights

The general avalanche hazard is CONSIDRABLE today. DANGEROUS unstable conditions exist. Numerous slab avalanches continue to be easily triggered on a variety of aspects. North through east aspects have been very active with numerous slides being triggered on approach. Crowns up eight feet in depth have been reported. These events have been slidding on a deep weak layer of faceted snow.
