Highlights

The general avalanche hazard is MODERATE today. Surface slabs up to two feet in depth exist in avalanche prone terrain. These slabs will be particularly sensitive on steep rocky slopes and near cliff areas and once triggered could pull out deeper layers of faceted snow.
