Forecasted new snow did not materialize. Isolated wind slabs exist in the Alpine and dry loose activity continues. Despite the Low danger rating, safe travel practice is still required especially in high consequence terrain.
Parkers Ridge area
Saturday - Mostly cloudy isolated flurries trace precipitation. Alpine Low -5C High -1C. Wind NW 10-20km/h. Freezing level (FL) 2200m; valley bottom (VB) overnight
Sunday - Mix of sun and cloud. Alpine High 0C Low -6C. Wind SW 10-30km/h. FL 2300m; 1500m overnight
Monday - Isolated flurries up to 4cm.

5-15cm low density snow sits over previously wind effected surface or supportive sun/temperature crust. Isolated pockets of wind slab possible near ridge top from sporadic southwesterly winds during the past week. A variety of crusts are present in upper snowpack at all elevations; mid pack is well consolidated.
Friday - isolated dry loose activity to size one Icefields area. Marmot ski area reporting no significant activity. Thursday - large serac fall observed off Athabasca below the ramp size 2.5; a few loose dry - one size 1.5 seen on the Sky Ladder. Please consider submitting a MIN report if you observe any new activity.
