Highlights
The general avalanche hazard is MODERATE today. Dense slabs to two feet in depth persist on some steep wind loaded aspects. These slabs could be human triggered and have the potential to pull out deeper weak layers. The hazard will increase as temperatures warm with wet slides possible on steep sunlit aspects during the warmest portion of the day. Avoid steep banks, roadcuts, gullies, cliff areas and steep avalanche starting zones.
