Highlights

The General Avalanche Hazard is MODERATE rising to CONSIDERABLE today. Snow from Saturday's storm was blown onto lee slopes creating easlily triggered slabs to two feet in depth on North to Northeast facing slopes. Warm overnight temperatures and sunny skies today will weaken the snowpack on all aspects. On Southeast to Southwest facing slopes wet, loose slides will be easily triggered or run naturally. Avoid those slopes, road cuts and slopes that run into terrain traps or gullies this afternoon.
