Highlights
The general avalanche hazard is MODERATE. Surface slabs up to two feet in depth exist in avalanche prone terrain. These slabs lie upon weak layers of faceted snow and could be triggered by riders or skiers on steep wind loaded aspects. Once triggered these slabs could step down to deeper layers and create large avalanches.
