Highlights
The general avalanche hazard is HIGH today. Very warm temperatures, rain and strong southwest winds have created unstable conditions. Large natural avalanches are likely and could step down to deeper layers or the gound and run full track. Below 9,000 feet wet slab and wet loose avalanches are likely today in steep gullies and steep snow covered slopes. TRAVEL IN AVALANCHE TERRAIN IS NOT RECOMMENDED.
