Highlights
The general avalanche hazard is HIGH today. New snow overnight and over four feet since Christmas along with strong winds have developed the potential for large slides. Slabs to three feet in depth could be easily triggered by users or run naturally. Do not be complacent due to the lack of recent avalanche activity. A large slide ran naturally in Hoback Canyon yesterday morning. TRAVEL IN AVALANCHE TERRAIN IS NOT RECOMMENDED.
