Highlights
The general avalanche hazard is CONSIDERABLE today. New snow and wind have deposited unstable slabs in avalanche terrain to two feet in depth. These slabs will be easily triggered today on steep slopes by backcountry users. Once triggered they have the potential to pull out recent layers of slab to a total of five feet on steep rocky terrain.
