Highlights
The general avalanche hazard is CONSIDERABLE today. Mountain temperatures rose into the 50'S yesterday and only fell into the mid and upper 30'S overnight. This temperature regime has created an unstable snowpack. Wet loose and wet slab avalanches could be human triggered today on steep snow covered slopes at all elevations. These events could step down to deep buried layers of weak faceted snow or the ground. Cornice drops are also possible.
