At the higher elevations isolated pockets of shallow wind slab up to eight inches in depth and shallow loose snow sloughs could be human triggered or release naturally in very steep avalanche starting zones and cliff areas. These slides could have consequences for skiers and climbers in no fall zones. Shallow wet loose slides may occur in steep, sunlit cliff areas during the warmest portion of the day. Watch out for unstable snow in isolated terrain features.

Temperatures will rise into the upper 20s to 40s from overnight lows in the upper teens to upper 20s. Avalanche activity is expected to be limited to loose wet slides in very steep terrain at the lower elevations and isolated pockets of very shallow wind slab or small loose snow slides in steep terrain and cliff areas at the upper elevations.
