Highlights
The General Avalanche Hazard is CONSIDERABLE. Northwest to southwest winds have formed soft slabs on leeward aspects. Weak layers of faceted snow persist deep in the snowpack. Soft slabs one to three feet in depth are likely to be easily triggered on steep wind loaded slopes and could step down through older hard snow to deeper weak layers.
