Highlights
The general avalanche hazard is CONSIDERABLE today. Strong southwest and then northwest winds and two feet of new snow since Tuesday afternoon have formed soft and hard slabs up to four feet in depth. These DANGEROUS slabs lie upon slick crusts and will be easily triggered or release naturally today as winds continue to load starting zones.
