The General Avalanche Hazard is CONSIDERABLE. Recent snow and moderate winds have formed soft surface slabs to two feet in depth. These slabs are sensitve and can be easily triggered by backcountry users in steep avalanche terrain today. The chance also exists for these triggered slabs or for larger triggers such as snow machines to cause deeper weaknesses in the snow pack to fail, resulting in dangerous hard slabs to depths of four feet.
