Highlights

The general avalanche hazard is LOW today. Low avalanche danger does not mean no avalanche danger. An inversion resulting in above freezing temperatures will increase avalanche potential, especially in sunlit starting zones. Isolated pockets of slabs up to one feet in depth exist in steep wind loaded starting zones and cliff areas which could be triggered today.
