Highlights
The general avalanche hazard is LOW today. Colder temperatures have hardened the old snow surface at all elevations. New snow has been added to this crust and is bonding well to it. Avalanches are unlikely today except at higher elevations where shallow isolated pockets of new slab could be triggered. If unexpected sun and warming were to occur this afternoon wet loose and wet slab avalanches would be possible.
