Moderate SW winds continue to develop wind slabs on open lee slopes and terrain features. We are unsure of the bond between these new slabs and the snow below. Moderate to strong SW winds and up to 20 cm of snow is expected on Tuesday.

All though few and far between, large avalanches continue to be observed by large loads (large cornice fall) on this layer. Corniced steep slopes on rocky terrain should be avoided.
