Weak snow was formed on all aspects and elevations during late October and mid November. Slab depths range from 1-4 feet depending on aspect and elevation. Remotely triggering an avalanche is possible. Cracking and collapsing within the snowpack are signs of instability. Digging a snowpit to figure out if these layers exist can inform your travel decisions.
