A second system will bring isolated rain and snow showers to Northwest Wyoming in the afternoon with snow accumulations of two to three inches in the mountains by Friday morning. Ridgecrest winds will come from the west at ten miles per hour in the morning then increase to twenty five mile per hour averages from the southwest by early evening.
