Highlights
The general avalanche hazard is CONSIDERABLE today. New snow and varying winds over the past several days have formed soft slabs to eighteen inches in depth on leeward slopes. Due to the varying wind directions it may be difficult to determine which slopes may slide. On south facing slopes a smooth suncrust lies under the new snow and slides may be easily triggered.
