Scattered flurries, variable clouds, and only 4mm of precipitation expected between now and Friday. Winds may be moderate SW Tuesday evening. No precipitation for the foreseeable future (sigh). Very high likelihood that it will be cold and dark at night and sunny during the day.

Snowpack Summary

Variable wind slab in open or exposed terrain. Sun crust formed on steep solar aspects due to previous warm alpine temperatures. In most areas the snowpack is characterized by facets on a supportive mid-pack that is bridging basal facets. Widespread surface hoar growth.
