Summary

Weather Forecast

Cooler modified arctic air is expected to continue to move South and East across the region on Thursday. The next Pacific system should hit the coast sometime Thursday afternoon/evening, but may not push very far inland. Friday should be overcast with some precipitation, but at this time it does not look like we will see more than 10-15 mm. It looks like we may have broken skies and some sunny periods on Saturday.

Avalanche Summary

We have not received any reports of avalanches from the region. Please send us an email if you have any observations.

Snowpack Summary

We don't have much hard information for this region. Reports suggest that there is more snow in the South of the region than there is in the North. The arctic air has moved into the North of the region, and may cause some surface hoar or near surface facetting.
