At these sheltered upper elevations, the recent 10-35 cm snow over the past week is bonding well to the underlying layers.Below treeline snow is disappearing rapidly.
Problems

Around 15 cm fresh snow has accumulated at upper elevations. The new snow may hide older wind slabs and wind may build new ones through the day. Be cautious around ridge crests and in wind loaded terrain where deposits will be deepest.
Be careful with wind loaded pockets, especially near ridge crests and roll-overs.Be alert to conditions that change with elevation.
