Highlights
The general avalanche hazard is MODERATE. Skiers and riders have a slight chance of triggering isolated pockets of wind slab up to a foot deep in very steep, avalanche starting zones. The possibility also may persist for backcountry travelers to trigger a full depth, hard slab avalanche on steep slopes in isolated areas. Larger triggers, such as snowmachines, may be necessary to initiate such an event.
