Highlights
The general avalanche hazard is MODERATE today. On northerly aspects surface slabs up to 18 inches in depth persist that could be triggered on steep wind loaded slopes. As potentially significant warming and sunlight heat the snowpack today these surface slabs that lie upon hard crusts may also become sensitive on other aspects as will the potential for wet slide activity.
