Highlights
The general avalanche hazard is MODERATE today. Soft slabs to three feet in depth lie upon a weak layer of light density snow and slick crusts. These slabs will be easily triggered by backcountry travelers on steep, wind loaded aspects today. Avoid steep avalanche prone slopes and do not sit under steep slopes while others are riding them.
