Temperatures are forecast to rise into the mid 30's on the summits, to near 40 degrees at the mid elevations and into the mid 40's in the valleys. These warm temperatures and abundant sunshine will increase the wet snow avalanche hazard. Wet loose and wet slab avalanches are possible on steep sunlit aspects. Wet slab avalanches could be several feet deep and run long distances. Monitor conditions for increasing wet snow avalanche hazards and avoid steep terrain after snow surfaces significantly soften.

Temperatures will drop to near 20 degrees by daybreak. Sunday will be warm with temperatures that will rise into the mid 30’s at the upper elevations.
