Highlights

The general avalanche hazard is LOW in the early morning and will quickly rise to CONSIDERABLE today as temperatures rise into the forties. Human triggered wet slab and wet loose avalanches are likely today on steep snow covered slopes and have the potential to step down to the ground or buried layers of weak faceted snow. Cornice drops are also possible today.
