Highlights
The general avalanche hazard is CONSIDERABLE today. Soft slabs up to three feet in depth formed by west winds exist. In the Snake River Range numerous natural releases were reported to have occured mostly on south and southeast aspects at mid elevations over the weekend. In the Salt and Wyoming ranges human triggered avalanches are likely today on steep wind loaded aspects.
