Highlights
The general avalanche hazard is LOW today and will increase to MODERATE this afternoon as warming and rain occur even at the higher elevations. This will result in a weakening of the snow surface and the possibility of triggering wet loose and wet slab avalanches on steep slopes particularly near cliff and rocky areas.
