Highlights
The general avalanche hazard remains MODERATE. Hard slabs one to three feet in depth rest on weak, faceted snow. User triggered avalanches are possible in steep, wind loaded avalanche prone terrain primarily on northerly slopes. Variations in the distribution of this buried weakness make it difficult to determine which slopes are unstable. Hard snow over the rotten base makes it possible to make several passes over a slope before it slides.
