Highlights

The general avalanche hazard is LOW. Isolated pockets of soft surface slab, up to 15 inches in depth, could be triggered by backcountry travelers in steep, wind-loaded avalanche terrain. If mostly clear skies prevail throughout the day, these slides will be easier to initiate in the afternoon, along with the chance of shallow wet slides on lower elevation, sunlit aspects.
